Group Classes
All enrollments for group classes are
based on payment per four-week session.
Each four-week session consists of eight one-and-a-half-hour classes, for a total
of 12 hours. There are no shorter enrollment
periods for group classes. Once a student
has enrolled in a class, he/she must
consult the the Student Services Coordinator about schedule changes.
A group class consists of three to
10 students. There can be no more
or no less than this amount. Group
classes are considered "open
enrollment," therefore students
may join or leave the class at any
time. However, if a group's enrollment
drops below three students, then BridgeDenver reserves the right to close
this group. The remaining students
have the option of joining another
group class in progress or continuing
with private lessons at a discount price of $35/hour. This may mean
switching days and/or times of classes.
All group classes must be paid for
in advance in order to reserve the
student's place in the class. The
student may not attend a class unless
it is paid for in advance. After the
student's first four-week session
is over, and he/she would like to
continue the class, it is ultimately
the student's responsibility to pay
the tuition before each term starts.
The student will be charged for classes
attended after his/her term ends.
Absences cannot be made up in a group class, nor can the student be reimbursed for the missed class. If a student misses a class, he/she may choose to make it up by taking a private lesson at a discounted rate.
